Tear Off is built on the principle that productivity should not be a source of shame. Traditional task managers often rely on "productivity theater" and rigid structures that can be overwhelming for ADHD brains.

Why "Shame-Free"?

Many task managers use streaks, red "overdue" labels, and constant notifications to drive engagement. For many of us, these triggers only lead to avoidance and shame. Tear Off is designed to be direct and non-judgmental. If a task isn't done today, it's just a task for another time. No penalties, no judgment.

Privacy First

Your tasks and data are yours alone. We don't sell your data, and we don't use "engagement metrics" to keep you hooked. Tear Off is a utility, not a social network.
